This addition to the
Warrior family is the
result of over a decade
of producing first class
angling boats for the
serious fisherman and
the novice alike. The
boat builders have
listened to customer
comments and taken on
board constructive
criticism from prominent
angling journalist to
produce what has been
described as the
two-seater sports car of
the angling world.
It's superb performance
and superior
manoeuvrability at speed
is down to the
remarkable 165 hull,
it's internals have been
inspired by the deluxe
double skinned interior
of the 175. Like the
175, the hull has been
reinforced with a light
weight matrix, this is a
separate moulding
chemically bonded in to
provide strength and
give the boat a second
buoyancy chamber. The
floor has also benefited
from the use of
structural foam, which
is then bonded to the
matrix.
The cuddy has been
lengthened and the
driving position moved
back to accommodate more
storage and to balance
the extra weight of the
toughened glass windows.
We have also taken into
account the heavier
weights of today's four
stroke engines. The
perfect balance, the
extra weight and the
added stiffness make the
Pro-Angler a leader in
it's class and will
undoubtedly be the first
choice of the
connoisseur.
Features
The Pro-Angler has
the highest
specification to date.
With small additions
like the carbon fibre
effect dash and drinks
holder in the consol, to
the unique built in
telescopic canopy that
stowes away into the
roof of the cuddy. The
interior seat moulding
has been split to allow
you to stand when you
retrieve the anchor
through the large
forward hatch,
the self-draining anchor
locker can be converted
to a dry stowage if
required.
There are three
lockers, one of which
can be used as a cool
box, all of them are
fitted with lockable
catches and there are
two handy pockets
situated on the top of
the seat moulding. The
drivers and passengers
folding seats are
mounted on the top of
storage boxes and are
able to swivel 360
degrees. The steering
console has been
widened to fit bigger
electronics and comes
with six water-proof
switches, it also comes
with a lockable
compartment.
Two gunwale pockets
and two 25lt bait wells
complete the storage,
the bait wells can be
aerated at a additional
cost. The engine well
is large enough to allow
large four stroke
engines to tilt fully
and also houses twin 5
gallon fuel tanks
underneath in a purpose
built well. Behind the
tanks is an electric
bilge pump. The battery
is also located under
the engine well in a
battery box and is
cleverly concealed by a
padded drop down
curtain.
With all the storage
on board, the non-slip
Teadmaster flooring can
remain uncluttered,
giving ample room for
two anglers
